Digital Solutions Consultant – Role Overview This technical and consultative position is part of the high‑performing Digital Delivery Team. You may be based in Brisbane, Perth, Melbourne, Sydney or Adelaide. The role reports to the General Manager, Digital Solutions and involves hands‑on consulting, interaction with Woolpert clients on site and from the office, and delivery of quality solutions on time and on budget. Responsibilities Deploy, configure and support VertiGIS suite of products (Geocortex/VertiGIS Studio) Configure and support ESRI suite of server & desktop products & applications consulting Perform application testing and quality assurance on a project‑by‑project basis Conduct performance tuning, usability testing and automation Perform server/network administration and troubleshooting Travel as required Qualifications Tertiary qualifications or equivalent in a relevant discipline (computing science, software engineering or geomatics sciences) 3+ years of experience in GIS or spatial commercial roles 3+ years of experience in database and cloud services Considerable experience with at least one ESRI technology (ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro Desktop, ArcGIS Online) Proven ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines Excellent written and oral communication skills Substantial experience in enterprise IT environments, especially Windows Server and Microsoft IIS applications Solid understanding of web service technologies and web GIS Benefits Principal Program – opportunity to become stakeholders and benefit from company growth Automatic salary continuance insurance Novated leasing and salary sacrifice options Reimbursements and study leave for continuing formal education Flexible work arrangements, subject to operational requirements Employee Assistance Program and discounted voluntary corporate health insurance through Bupa Application This is a full‑time role requiring full Working Rights in Australia.
