The role A unique fourteen-month maximum-term/secondment opportunity now exists for a Billing Operations Analyst, within the Business Technology Services (BTS) group at South East Water. TheBilling Operations Analystsupportsthe delivery of operational support services across South East Water’s critical billingand Customer Relationship Management (CRM)systems and provide support to both internal and external stakeholders. This is a “hands-on” role responsible for providing system administration, support, operational, testing and change management activities in relation to the delivery of quality customer service across South East Water’s critical billing and CRM applications and solutions. The role is critical to ensuring that the business meets corporate objectives and requirements in revenue and customer service, supporting the organisations’ ability to receipt monies, read meters, bill customers, raise charges, run debt recovery processes and answer/resolve customer enquiries.The role includes some critical billing processes that are performed afterhours and on weekends as required to support the business. Who are you? Candidates should possess the following skills, knowledge and experience to successfully perform the role: A working knowledge of utility billing applications is preferred, but not essential. A working knowledge of Salesforce CRM platform is preferred, but not essential. Familiarity with customer oriented call centre, billing, and connection / disconnection operations. Goodanalytical and problem solving skills. Ability to manage multiple problems simultaneously and prioritise issues. Goodorganisational and customer service skills. Previous experience in Service Desk support environment, providing IT support services within a similar sized organisationis desirable. Experience and knowledge inCRM systems and processesis desirable. Experience and knowledge in the Billingsystems and processesincluding billing engine, meter reading, payment processing and debt managementmodulesis desirable. Knowledge of MS Office productivity tools such as Teams, Word, Excel,PowerPoint& Visio What's in it for you?
