About Us:Southern Cross Electrical Engineering (SCEE) is a leading provider of electrical, instrumentation, communication, and maintenance services across Australia. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer to join our team on the Collie Battery Energy Storage System (CBESS) project, one of the largest battery energy storage projects in the world.
Position Overview:As an Electrical Engineer with SCEE, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of the CBESS project in Collie on a 10/4 roster. This role involves overseeing electrical engineering activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and providing technical support to the construction and installation teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement electrical systems for the CBESS project.Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of project milestones.Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.Prepare technical reports, specifications, and documentation.Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues during the construction and commissioning phases.Ensure compliance with Australian electrical codes and standards.23rd May, 2024
