The centres will offer childcare, Three and Four‑Year‑Old Kindergarten and Pre‑Prep. Early Learning Victoria's central office is part of the Victorian Department of Education and is leading the roll‑out of the 50 centres. You will help create a positive learning environment that facilitates rich interaction and supports children's social, emotional and cognitive development. Educational Delivery: Develop, deliver and coordinate integrated teaching and learning strategies guided by each child’s individual learning and development needs. Encourage reflective practice with all members of the team to evaluate the effectiveness of teaching practices. Complete documentation of children's learning in line with organisational philosophy and evaluate the impact of teaching practices on learning. Play an active role in providing clear communication with families regarding their child’s development. International Police Check required if resident outside of Australia for 12 months or more during the last 10 years. First Aid, CPR, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications.
