The Opportunity Role: Graduate / Trainee Recruitment Consultant based on the Sunshine Coast (Sippy Downs) Reporting To: Director & Founder Start Date: 2025 Start your career in the dynamic and rewarding world of recruitment. Responsibilities Proactively engage with and grow our recruitment candidate community using our CRM (Bullhorn), running searches and posting articles on LinkedIn, job posts, outbound and inbound phone calls, InMails and emails Interview qualified candidates, manage their experience and recruitment journey, to support them land their perfect role Manage Jobs: Handle various recruitment processes, including posting job ads, searching databases, and interviewing candidates Business Development: Use sales and marketing techniques to attract new clients and arrange meetings Team Collaboration: Work closely with a supportive and enthusiastic team \Qualifications Recent graduates or those about to graduate this year, as well as individuals with 1-3 years of experience in a corporate role, ideally in Sales or Customer Service centric roles.
