About the Role We’re looking for a passionate and performance-driven Store Manager to join our Lorna Jane Westpoint team and lead the way in delivering our Active Living mission. You’ll bring strong commercial acumen, a passion for customer experience, and the ability to coach and inspire your team to achieve store targets and KPIs. As the Store Manager, you\'ll lead the way in delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving team development, and overseeing all visual merchandising and operational functions to achieve store targets and exceed KPIs. Responsibilities Drive business performance by leading your team to consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs through customer-first service and strategic sales execution. Coach and develop your team by identifying skill gaps, providing ongoing training, and fostering a culture of growth and succession planning. You’ll play a key role in developing future leaders and retaining top talent. Lead operational excellence by managing stock sell-through, executing visual merchandising strategies, and ensuring compliance across payroll, rostering, and store procedures. Build smart, commercial rosters that align with wage benchmarks and ensure the most productive team members are on the floor during peak trading hours.
