The Role We are looking for a confident, resilient and solutions focused professional to lead the coordination of our Frame & Truss Division on a maternity leave contract. This pivotal role is the face of the detailing team, connecting clients, the detailing team and production team to ensure seamless workflow and positive customer experiences. You will oversee and influence a team of technical experts, enabling them to deliver accurate, high-quality designs, while supporting the Head Detailer to meet client and business expectations. You will manage client and builder enquiries, resolve issues under pressure and maintain clear, professional communication at all times. This is a fast paced, hands on role where adaptability, persistence and the ability to keep everyone aligned under pressure are key. You will also contribute to process improvements, drive initiatives, and help the business achieve its goals. What We Are Looking For Strong communication skills across phone, email and in-person. Leadership through influence, coordinating people and processes effectively. Solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities. High attention to detail and organisational skills. Understanding of construction, framing, production or logistics is advantageous. Proactive, adaptable and confident under pressure.
