About the role: As the Photoshoot & Styling Assistant at LIONESS, you’ll have the unique opportunity to work with our Creative Team and Brand Director seeing Lioness product come alive in photoshoots. You will be part of creating dynamic and bold campaigns that contribute to the successful launches of our collections. If you’re ready for your next step in one of Australia’s leading brands with a hunger to grow, we’d love to hear from you Photoshoot Planning and Coordination - Support the team with design & photoshoot styling pre-planning and post-shoot coordination. Including but not limited to updating calendars, planning and call sheets, contacting vendors, post-shoot retouch notes, ecommerce notes and any post shoot coordination or comms to external teams and vendors required. Photoshoot Assisting on site - assistance with models, creative team, styling and coordinating with external vendors for a seamless photoshoot execution. Tasks are including but not limited to act as point of contact for vendors, sample coordination, model and styling assistance, team assistance with errands and adhoc tasks. Post photoshoot coordination duties including but not limited to advising marketing team of shoot details, due dates from photographer and videographers, coordinating any other teams and ad hoc communication ensuring all deadlines are met. Styling - Adhoc ongoing and general coordination and support for the design, sales and creative related functions including but not limited to moodboards, competitor analysis, styling research and development. All rounder team assistant - team and office support duties such as courier tracking, team projects, special events, and general team office duties and tasks.
