This bustling 120-seat restaurant serves a modern menu created by our very talented head Chef. In this role you’ll be given the opportunity to use your creativity, introduce new and unique offerings and take charge of the wine list. Working closely with the management team you’ll lead and inspire our floor staff and play a key role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest service as well as driving revenue and cost results. To be successful in the role, you will have: Previous Sommelier experience within a similar high‑end restaurant environment Enjoy working with extensive wine lists Be an inspirational team leader with a proven track record A passion for providing our guests with an outstanding experience We're looking for someone who will bring something new to the team Someone who will challenge the status quo and put their new ideas forward to create something amazing. Of course, a business acumen and experience in managing the financials is important, but what matters most to us is having a Sommelier who leads the team to deliver outstanding wine service.
