Sourcing & Procurement Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Sourcing & Procurement Specialist to help identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers across a wide range of product categories. About the Role As a key member of the Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for sourcing new products and materials, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring procurement activities support Danterr’s cost, quality, and delivery objectives. You’ll work closely with internal teams across Operations, Projects, Sales, and Quality to ensure smooth coordination from sourcing through to delivery. What You’ll Do Supplier Sourcing & Evaluation Research and qualify new suppliers locally and internationally Evaluate supplier capability, pricing, and manufacturing quality Maintain supplier records and performance data Review and negotiate commercial terms and agreements Procurement & Negotiation Manage RFQs, quotes, and cost analysis Negotiate pricing, lead times, and payment terms Raise purchase orders and maintain accurate documentation Product & Quality Coordination Coordinate product samples, inspections, and technical reviews Work with QA to ensure materials meet specification and compliance requirements Monitor supplier performance and manage corrective actions Reporting & Continuous Improvement Keep sourcing trackers and procurement data up to date Prepare reports for internal stakeholders Support ongoing improvement of procurement processes About You You’re resourceful, commercially astute, and passionate about building strong supplier relationships. You love working with detail and enjoy a mix of negotiation, research, and communication. You’ll bring: 3+ years’ experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain Experience in construction, civil, or industrial materials (preferred) Strong negotiation, supplier communication, and commercial analysis skills Ability to manage documentation and prioritize multiple tasks Why Danterr?
