Senior Engineer / Tech Lead $140k – $160k + Super | Fully Remote (Occasional Travel to Adelaide) Our Client is seeking a Senior Engineer / Tech Lead who excels at the intersection of engineering excellence, product thinking, and customer impact. If you’re a full-stack engineer with standout front-end capability—and you enjoy shaping product direction as much as building high‑quality software—this opportunity will suit you perfectly. What You’ll Bring You are a full-stack engineer with deep expertise across React, TypeScript, and Tailwind , complemented by strong UI/UX intuition and solid backend capability in .NET and/or PHP . You thrive in environments where product collaboration, clarity, and outcome‑driven decision‑making are essential—particularly within scaling or fast‑growing teams. You’re confident engaging in constructive challenge, refining requirements, and pushing for alignment to ensure features deliver genuine value. You elevate not only the codebase, but the product as a whole. Beyond delivery, you understand full product lifecycle ownership—launch criteria, rollout planning, defining success metrics, and tracking feature utilisation through analytics. Role Requirements Advanced front-end skills: React + TypeScript + Tailwind Full-stack experience (ideally .NET and PHP ) A strong product mindset with experience collaborating closely with product teams Experience in launch planning, defining and tracking success metrics Confidence working through healthy, productive conflict to achieve clarity Familiarity with analytics/observability tools (e.g., Amplitude , Datadog ) Strength in architectural thinking and system‑level problem solving Proven ability to drive cross‑team alignment and delivery AWS experience or certification (advantageous but not essential) About the Role & Environment This role is fully remote, with occasional travel to Adelaide (e.g., twice per year) for team collaboration.
