We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled AI Developer Associate to join our innovative AI development team. The successful candidate will assist in designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge AI solutions that will contribute to advancing our technological capabilities. Requirements Assist in AI Model Development: Support the design, development, and refinement of AI models and algorithms that address key business challenges. Data Management: Collaborate with data engineers to prepare, clean, and manage datasets necessary for training AI models. Testing and Evaluation: Conduct tests and experiments on AI models to evaluate their performance and accuracy, providing feedback and implementing improvements. Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of development processes, model parameters, and testing protocols to ensure transparency and reproducibility. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to integrate AI solutions into products and services. Research and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest AI technologies, tools, and trends to contribute innovative ideas and solution. Qualifications 1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. 2. Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java. 3. Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). 4. Basic understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical modeling. 5.
