Administration Officer – Full Time (flexible hours – school hours) Cobuild Civil | Margaret River Office Cobuild Civil is seeking a reliable and proactive Administration Officer to join our team at our Margaret River office. This role is ideal for someone looking for steady work 5 days a week, with flexibility within school hours for the right candidate, for us it’s about finding the right person. What You’ll Do Manage accounts payable and receivable in Xero Process payroll and weekly timesheets Handle BAS, superannuation, and tax lodgements in collaboration with our accountant Track invoices, purchase orders, and cash flow Maintain accurate financial and administrative records Ensure the office runs smoothly day-to-day Enter new projects into our Procore system Mobilise new employees and create HR folders Assist with general administration, documentation, and internal communication as required Undertake progress claims and project administrative tasks as required What You’ll Bring 2+ years experience in administration or accounts in a similar industry Strong proficiency in Xero, Microsoft Office, and preferably but not essential in project management software (e.g., Procore) High attention to detail and strong organisational skills A reliable, proactive, and self-motivated approach Ability to work independently and support a busy civil construction team Why Join Cobuild Civil?
