We offer a unique workplace culture and excellentopportunities to further your personal and professionaldevelopment.About the roleOur Brisbane office has an exciting career opportunity in ourgrowing Commonwealth Government practice for a Lawyer with 1– 3 years' post admission experience.You will be involved in work for a range of CommonwealthGovernment agencies, including providing advice in relation toadministrative decisions, reviews in the Administrative AppealsTribunal and various public law issues.About youYou will be a detail-oriented lawyer, with exceptionalcommunication and drafting skills and good academic results.Experience in any of the following is preferred:• providing advice on statutoryinterpretation.• advising on administrative law matters.• participating in merits review in theAdministrative Appeals Tribunal.• dealing with commonwealth statutory schemes,particularly Comcare and NDIS.Culture & benefits of working with usWe celebrate diverse thinking and experiences.
