Role Main purpose of the role is to ensure the Meat Department operates efficiently and effectively at all times and to provide our customers with an excellent customer service, quality and products. Key Responsibilities Drive sales within department Providing the best customer service at all times, assist customers with queries Ensure store and department standards are met on a daily basis Merchandise and present department to the highest standard Control stock rotation so that quality and freshness of goods is of the highest standard Ensuring safe food handling and full HACCP compliance Day to day cleaning and maintenance of the department Strong attention to detail, organized and flexible Daily orders submitted in timely manner The Ideal Candidate Some experience within butchery/Seafood counter is desired for this role Able to provide an exceptional customer service Excellent communication skills Numerical skill The ability to work as part of a team HACCP knowledge Strong attention to detail, organized Fully flexible for all shifts, incl opening shifts throughout the week Eligible to work 30+hrs throughout the whole year #J-18808-Ljbffr
