Our small, dedicated team is passionate about precision and creativity, and we're looking for an enthusiastic individual to join us. Our operations primarily cover the north side of Brisbane. Position Overview We are seeking a part-time gardening employee with experience in hedges and topiaries. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside a hedge master with 15 years of experience, who will provide training and guidance. More work may be available for a candidate with greater experience and skill. Responsibilities Trimming and shaping hedges and topiaries Learning and applying techniques for maintaining garden beds, including weeding and mulching Detailed and efficient cleanup Operating and maintaining gardening equipment Requirements Some previous experience in gardening, preferably with hedges and topiaries A keen eye for detail and a passion for plants Ability to work effectively in a small team environment Ability to work safely on ladders Availability to work part-time hours, weekdays only Driver's license and own transport Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for additional work and advancement for more experienced candidates Training provided A supportive and collaborative work environment TLDR Top notch hedge trimming and clean up.
