Night Concierge

Catalina Club has an exciting opportunity for a friendly, professional part‑time night or casual front‑office attendant in Batemans Bay, NSW. Performing primarily a concierge role, you will create an enjoyable, quality experience and help make Catalina Club a warm, welcoming, and inclusive destination. As the first and last point of contact for our members and visitors, this is a key role in ensuring exceptional service. Duties Warmly welcome and engage with patrons Answer and direct telephone calls promptly and professionally Accept and allocate courtesy bus and restaurant bookings Fulfilling various administrative tasks as required Meticulous administration of membership administration Adhere to the Registered Clubs Act and club policies, ensuring correct guest entry and conduct Qualifications Aligned with values of growth, respect, integrity, teamwork & trust Strong communication and interpersonal skills Enthusiastic, reliable, with a positive attitude Comfortable working independently Availability to work closing shifts – open until 2 am Current NSW RSA & RCG certifications, or willingness to obtain What we offer Competitive rates of pay, complimentary membership, generous discounts, opportunities for growth, and a range of employee benefits to enhance work‑life balance.
