We are committed to delivering high-quality care and take great pride in our focus on excellence. Key Responsibilities Provide assistance to individuals with disabilities in their daily activities, including mobility support, household tasks, personal care, medication administration, and meal preparation. Collaborate with clients and their families to determine appropriate levels and types of support required. Offer emotional support and guidance to help individuals manage challenges such as grief, confusion, or depression. Plan, coordinate, and encourage involvement in community-based social activities designed for people with disabilities. Assist clients in accessing disability-related programs and services. Support individuals in pursuing education, training, and employment opportunities. Identify, respond to, and manage potential risks or emergencies in home-based care settings to ensure a safe environment. Required Skills and Experience Minimum of one year of relevant experience. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering quality care. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
