This is a full-time role based in Darwin, Northern Territory for a sales, administration and site support professional to join the team at Darwin Fibreglass Pools & Spas. In this pivotal position, you will play a key part in supporting the company's sales and operations, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for its customers. What you'll be doing Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, preparing quotes and orders, and updating customer records Assist with the coordination of site visits, installations, and other project-related activities Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service Maintain accurate records and documentation related to sales, orders, and projects Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes and procedures What we're looking for Previous experience in a sales, administrative or customer service role, preferably within the construction, home improvement or retail industry A minimum of 1 year of customer service or administrative experience is required Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service Proficient in computer skills, Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn and use company‑specific software A team player with a positive attitude and the willingness to contribute to a collaborative work environment Knowledge of the Northern Territory region and local building industry would be highly regarded What we offer At Darwin Fibreglass Pools & Spas, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
