Managing Pharmacist

Overview Long established and highly regarded community pharmacy located in Adelaide’s Southern foothills, seeks a highly motivated and experienced Managing Pharmacist to join our team as a potential Junior Partner. The pharmacy has a long track record of being highly successful while having an enviable degree of local support. Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, ensuring efficient workflow and exceptional customer service Provide expert pharmaceutical advice and counselling to patients on the safe and effective use of medications Collaborate with the pharmacy team to implement and maintain best practices in pharmacy operations Manage inventory, order supplies, and monitor stock levels to maintain optimal inventory Identify opportunities for business growth and development, and work with the owners to implement strategic initiatives Mentor and support junior staff in their professional development Qualifications Registered pharmacist with a minimum of 2 years' experience in managing a community pharmacy Strong clinical knowledge and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and the local community Proficient in the use of MINFOS, 8CPA and Webster systems Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for driving continuous improvement What we offer We are committed to fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
