Senior Full Stack API Developer Location: Sydney, New South Wales, Australia Support one of the top Australian banks as they seek to modernize their customer entitlements platform for Identity and Access Management. You will work with the latest technologies to keep the organization leading the pack, collaborating closely with business stakeholders in an agile, engineering-first environment. Key Details Sydney-based Hybrid role Contract or permanent Responsibilities Partner with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy scalable APIs and microservices. Participate in all aspects of agile software development, including design, implementation, and deployment. Qualifications Mandatory Skills 8+ years of relevant working experience Experience in banking projects Self-starter with a passion for designing, building, influencing, and testing quality solutions Experience with API development and microservices Automation-first mindset, including deep experience of CI/CD Strong problem-solving capabilities Experience and knowledge with Authentication and Authorisation (OAuth2/OIDC/ForgeRock) Excellent debugging and optimization skills Experience in unit/integration and non-functional testing Source code control, build and deployment tools (CI/CD) Collaborator & excellent communicator; contributes to ongoing development of colleagues; willingness to provide and receive feedback constructively Collaborate across time zones via documents and frequent videoconferences Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with Ping Authorize or Symphonic (its earlier name) Automation Testing with Karate, Gherkin, Cucumber GraphDB knowledge (e.g., Neo, Neptune) Experience establishing/maintaining observability stack (e.g., Splunk, AppD, Grafana) Seniority Level Mid-Senior level Employment Type Full-time Job Function Information Technology Industries IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
