Make a real impact using your operational experience At Real Response , we train people for the kinds of emergencies that don’t follow a script. We create high-intensity, real-world training environments where participants learn to stay calm, and make life‑saving decisions. Our trainers are current or former emergency professionals who know firsthand that real incidents don’t happen in tidy classrooms, and that preparation matters. As A Trainer, You’ll: Deliver engaging, high-quality, simulation‑based first aid courses to a range of organisations Adapt your delivery style for different client groups, environments, and locations Work at our Gladstone office and travel to client sites throughout the region, with optional interstate opportunities Receive full training, equipment, and ongoing support from our national training team Opportunities to expand into specialist electrical/rescue, fire, tactical, or mental health training (if relevant experience) You’ll Ideally Have: Experience as a paramedic, emergency nurse, fire EMR, military medic, or in a similar emergency response role Strong communication and facilitation skills Professional presence and ability to engage diverse groups Current Police Check and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain) Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40110 / TAE40116 / TAE40122), or evidence of enrolment in TAE40122. or willingness to undertake this prior to employment Why Join Us: Make a real impact by helping people prepare for real‑world emergencies Work with an energised, supportive team that values collaboration and professional growth Enjoy flexible, casual work, perfect for those continuing in operational roles or shift work Be part of an organisation redefining how first aid is taught, understood, and applied About Real Response At Real Response, we do training differently.
