Due to continued and ongoing growth, EGB is actively recruiting for an experienced and reliable final trim grader operator to join our Wodonga team, with the successful candidate playing an integral role in ensuring the efficient and reliable outcomes on our job sites. What you get: For the right person, start in mid-January 2026 Casual position leading to full time opportunity What you will be doing: Operate final trim graders with Topcon and Trimble GPS and UTS guidance Perform routine maintenance and pre-start checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety Adhere to all relevant safety protocols and environmental regulations Assist with other construction duties as required Skills/Experience Minimum 2 years' experience as a Final Trim Grader Operator working in between kerb with civil construction industry experience preferred Demonstrated proficiency in operating final trim graders and other heavy earthmoving equipment (essential) Be able to set up GPS and UTS guidance equipment Current Plant Operator Tickets/Certificates of competency Current Drivers Licence Class C or above Strong attention to detail and the ability to work to tight tolerances White Card (Construction Safety Card) (essential) Strong time management and organisational abilities A positive, reliable and team-oriented attitude Strong work ethic and communication skills Other information A pre-employment medical check required for the successful applicant (which also includes drug and alcohol check) Work eligibility – must be either an Australian citizen or permanent resident to apply EGB embraces diversity and is an equal opportunity employer and we encourage men and women of all ages and Australian Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to apply.
