If this sounds like you, come and join us As a Talent Partner at Vocus, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent to join our team at Vocus. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and manage the recruitment process from start to finish. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to building a diverse and high‑performing workforce. Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers across various departments to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Utilise a variety of sourcing methods to attract top talent, including job boards, social media, networking events, employee referrals, and talent pipelines. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams, providing guidance and support throughout the interview process. Manage candidate communications and ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process. Skills Proven experience as a strategic and proactive recruiter. Strong organisational skills with a focus on quality over quantity. Ability to build relationships across a range of stakeholders. Comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team. Data‑driven mindset with attention to detail. Passionate and ready to take ownership of responsibilities. Experience in recruiting for sales and strategic roles.
