IDHS is seeking dedicated Home Care Support Workers to provide essential care and support to individuals in their own homes. In this rewarding role, you will help clients maintain their independence and enhance their quality of life through personalised, person-centred care. You’ll travel between clients' homes, assisting with everyday tasks and lifestyle needs, while building meaningful relationships and encouraging active participation in their own care. If you're caring, reliable, and committed to supporting others to live well at home, we'd love to hear from you. About you Certificate III in Home and Community Services, Aged Care, Disability or equivalent Current First Aid Certificate Current Victorian Driver's Licence Current National Police Check Please refer to the relevant attached position description and address the key selection criteria on your cover letter when applying.
