Drive the development of both custom and turn-key Commercial AV solutions, alongside seamless installation services. Partner with top-tier AV brands and vendors, and play a key role in shaping the future of AV. Make a difference in delivering end-to-end solutions that provide unmatched value and performance for our business customers. What You’ll DoLead the development and execution of AV product roadmaps, aligning with both market demands and JB Hi-Fi's strategic goals. Develop and deliver bundled AV solutions and installation services, ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Work closely with sales teams to provide training, go-to-market support, and sales enablement resources. Build and maintain strong relationships with AV vendors, distributors, and installation partners, ensuring scalable, competitive solutions. Lead strategies to drive the adoption and growth of AV products and installation services. QualificationsA solid background in Commercial AV, AV Integration, and AV Solution Design is essential. 3+ years in product management within the technology or services industry, with a track record of successfully designing, launching, and managing products or solutions. Proven experience in developing, launching, and managing AV products and services. Strong experience working with AV vendors, distributors, and installation partners. Ability to design scalable and competitive AV solutions that meet customer needs.
