Guest Support Manager | The Star Brisbane The Guest Support Manager is responsible for monitoring guests for signs of gambling-related issues and providing appropriate support in line with The Star’s Safer Gambling policies. This role involves managing customer relationships with tact, implementing and monitoring Safer Gambling programs, and ensuring compliance with corporate standards and regulations. The position also requires clear communication of policies to employees and flexibility to work across all shifts.
