Operational Services Officer, Rural and Remote Services, Cairns and Hinterland Hospital Health Services - Herberton , Queensland Health Get paid to live in paradise and join Rural and Remote Services as a Operational Services Officer. In this role you will be required to assist in the preparation, production and presentation of quality fresh food as required in the production/menu schedule including special diets, ensuring all meals are prepared in accordance with the Queensland Health Food Safety Program. About your role: Work within a team environment and communicate effectively with other team members. Ensure work practices are in accordance with recognised Hospital Safety Regulations and report all hazardous situations promptly to the Supervisor, Operational Services. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility, and a neat and tidy personal appearance, always. Able to work across all areas and times in Operational Services, Cleaning, Kitchen, Laundry. Participate in educational and in-service programs to build and update knowledge within your work area.
