Job Overview WorkPac is recruiting multiskilled production operators for Middlemount Coal, located in Queensland’s Bowen Basin. The role offers competitive rates, an up-to‑$13,500 annual bonus structure, and a 7/7 straight day/night roster with options for DIDO, residential or BIBO (Mackay, Rockhampton, Bundaberg). Responsibilities • Operate haul trucks and, for multiskilled operators, up to 2 ancillary machines (dozer, grader, loader) in an open‑cut coal mine.• Operate CAT 789, 793 or 797 haul trucks as a single‑skilled operator. Qualifications / Requirements Minimum 12 months experience as a Multiskilled Production Operator in coal mining. Standard 11 & Coal Board Medical obtained within the last two years or willingness to obtain. SSE signed skills list, current driver’s licence and right to work in Australia. Ability to pass a pre‑employment medical assessment, drug and alcohol test before commencement. Benefits Weekly pay with 7/7 roster, 12.5‑hour shifts. Superannuation paid on all rostered hours.
