About the role We’re seeking a talented Ecommerce Coordinator to join our Digital team reporting to the Digital Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing and maintaining the MCM House website, ensuring an optimised and seamless online experience for our customers. You’ll support the execution of our digital strategy, coordinate product and content updates, and work closely with cross‑functional teams to drive ecommerce performance. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end product uploads including copywriting, photography coordination, and inventory updates Conduct daily website merchandising reviews to ensure current, optimised content aligned with brand standards Coordinate with product teams on delivery timelines and stock availability for accurate online enrichment Plan, launch, and manage online sales and promotions with performance tracking Update homepage banners and website content aligned with digital marketing calendar Maintain store contact details and opening hours on website and Google listings Troubleshoot website issues and liaise with developers for technical improvements Support testing and implementation of new website features and integrations Analyse and report on digital campaign ROI and website performance Optimise online shopping experience through data‑driven insights and recommendations About you Experience in ecommerce coordination or digital merchandising Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency with content management systems and ecommerce platforms (Shopify experience preferred) Excellent written communication skills for product copywriting Analytical mindset with experience in performance reporting and data interpretation Desirable Experience with photography coordination and visual merchandising Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles Familiarity with inventory management systems Perks and Benefits Professional growth within a dynamic digital team Opportunity to work with beautiful, quality furniture products Collaborative, creative culture Internal career progression opportunities Send your CV to : At MCM House, we’re committed to diversity and inclusion.
