If you’re after regular, ongoing shifts and value a healthy work/life balance , we’d love to hear from you Whether you’re experienced or just starting out in the industry, we welcome applications from people who share our values. Training is provided , and we recruit based on the right attitude and personal qualities , not just qualifications. This role is available for an immediate start . What We Offer: Consistent shifts Supportive and friendly team culture Opportunities to grow your career — we promote from within Great casual rates: With Certificate III: starting $43.23/hr (weekdays) to $77.81/hr (Sundays) Without Certificate III: starting $33.94/hr (weekdays) to $61.09/hr (Sundays) Additional benefits: Hourly First Aid allowance KLM reimbursement when using your car for client appointments Broken shift allowance Sleepover allowance We’re Looking For People Who: Are compassionate, dependable, and ready to make a difference Can connect easily with people from all walks of life Understand that life doesn’t pause because of disability Can adapt to different family dynamics Have availability that suits a regular roster What You’ll Need (or be willing to obtain): First Aid & CPR Certificate NDIS Worker Screening Check Blue Card (Working With Children) NDIS Worker Orientation Module Infection Control Certificate A current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle (with willingness to transport clients) Ready to Apply?
