The complex infrastructure needed to build better communities. About the opportunity We’re looking for an experienced Project Planner to join our Infrastructure team in Sydney. Reporting to the Planning Manager, you’ll work closely with Project Managers, Engineers and site teams to develop, manage and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. This role supports our Infrastructure team across a number of complex and technically challenging civil projects, where you’ll play a key role in progress tracking, cost and resource loading, and identifying and analysing delays or risks to ensure projects stay on time and on budget. Your insights will directly contribute to improved planning, reporting and decision‑making throughout the project lifecycle. Based primarily at our Regents Park office, you’ll travel to project sites as required, with hybrid work options available. What you’ll bring to the team Strong experience as a Project Planner on complex road and bridge civil infrastructure projects. High-level proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. Experience in EOT and delay analysis, cost/resource loading and progress reporting. The ability to engage with a range of stakeholders to ensure alignment on schedules and deliverables. A background in engineering or site-based delivery (preferred) A practical, proactive approach and strong attention to detail.
