You’ll be working on everything from brand‑new boat fit‑outs to repowers, installs, and upgrades — making sure every customer gets a setup they’re proud to show off. What You’ll Be Doing Fitting out new boats—including controls, gauges, steering, and all electronics and accessory installations. Mercury repowers & rigging fit‑outs. Ensuring every detail is right—from neat wiring to perfect finishes. Helping customers achieve excellent outcomes for their boating adventures. What We’re Looking For A driver’s licence (required). Boat licence and forklift ticket (desirable but not essential). Experience in marine fitting, mechanical, or electrical work preferred. A genuine passion for boating and great customer experiences. A team player who enjoys a laugh and brings a positive attitude to work. Exceptional attention to detail— you take pride in doing it right, not just getting it done.
