Your role We are seeking an experienced and strategic State Stores Manager to oversee our NSW / ACT Trade Store network. This role is pivotal in ensuring our DuluxTrade and Inspirations franchise store network consistently deliver profitable growth exceptional customer service & strong operational standards across the region. You will play a key role in shaping the future of our store network ensuring it is structured for maximum accessibility coverage and long-term success. As the NSW / ACT State Store Manager you will provide performance leadership coaching and strategic direction to a large multi-disciplined team across a complex operating environment. Youll balance financial outcomes with people and culture drive operational excellence and maintain a strong safety-first focus. Key Responsibilities Lead coach and develop a large multi-site store team to deliver strong sales performance customer service and operational excellence. Execute and manage the Trade Store Network Strategy driving profitable growth efficiency and continuous improvement. Ensure full compliance with SH&E standards audits and risk management processes. Partner with key stakeholders across Trade-facing businesses to implement sales strategies and deliver local growth opportunities. Oversee store operations ensuring compliance with brand standards inventory controls and national programs. Strong commercial and financial acumen including P&L management and resource allocation. Excellent communication influencing and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels. Analytical and problem-solving ability with a focus on driving efficiency and results.
