You'll assist with enquiries related to superannuation insurance investments and pensions helping our clients navigate their financial journey with confidence and care. Handle inbound calls and emails from clients and financial advisers Provide accurate information and support across superannuation insurance investments and pensions Address enquiries and resolve issues in an efficient and professional mannerMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactionsCollaborate with a diverse team to meet and exceed performance targets Uphold the company’s values and ensure high service standards in every interaction What You Will Bring Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for helping others Positive attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service Willingness to learn and adapt to new information systems and processes Availability to work a rotating roster between 8 am and 8 pm Monday to Friday Comfortable working in a hybrid model (minimum 2 days in the office per week with flexibility to do more) Office locations - Docklands (VIC) Parramatta (NSW) Wollongong (NSW) Brisbane (QLD) and Hobart (TAS) Must be available to start in October 2025. No prior financial services experience required comprehensive training provided. A background or interest in superannuation insurance investments and pensions.
