Overview Experienced Veterinary Nurse – Greencross Vets West Gosford. This casual role is based at West Gosford hospital, with shifts rotating across hospital nursing, surgical nursing, team-based consulting, and customer care. At times, you may assist at other local clinics. Responsibilities Provide hospital and surgical nursing support as part of a small, close-knit team. Assist with team-based consulting and customer care as required. Mentor junior nurses and student interns. Adapt to a changing, busy environment; participate in ongoing learning and professional development. Support the clinic's ISFM Cat Friendly Clinic certification efforts (hospital upgrades ongoing). Qualifications Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent) A minimum of three years of recent nursing experience, with at least one year of paid employment Strong clinical skills Blood collection, catheter placement, feline-friendly handling Radiology and dentistry Anaesthesia monitoring, including ECG, blood pressure, capnography Why join us?
