As Head of Growth & Performance Marketing, you’ll be directly responsible for turning 2.2M+ combined social followers and 100k+ email subscribers into engaged leads, loyal customers, and paying members of the VRTO App and Coach Mark Carroll Fitness community. From day one, you’ll be hands‑on: building funnels, running ads, optimising campaigns, and proving revenue impact. Over time, you’ll grow into a leadership role, building a high‑performing team and managing agency partners. But first — you’ll be the one pulling the levers, making the calls, and driving measurable ROI. The VRTO App is their next evolution: a premium subscription‑based ecosystem designed to change lives at scale. We are now searching for a growth architect to join their leadership team and build the engine that turns their reach into revenue. What You’ll Do Funnel Ownership & Conversion Architect and own end‑to‑end marketing funnels from social → email → subscription. Turn attention into action: lead gens, win‑back funnels, conversion sequences. Build clear customer pathways that drive app subscriptions and revenue. Lead Generation & Email Marketing Launch and optimise high‑performing lead generators (guides, quizzes, challenges, VSLs). Write and refine nurture sequences that convert faster and drive higher open/click rates. Segment audiences for precision messaging across customer stages. Performance Marketing Run paid campaigns (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google) and optimise for ROAS + CAC. Repurpose top organic content into high‑performing paid ads. Scale campaigns with speed, precision, and measurable ROI. Execution & Hands‑On Impact Write copy that sells: ads, landing pages, emails, funnels. Own attribution and dashboards: know what’s working, what’s not, and why. Test, analyse, and iterate — daily. Cross‑Functional Collaboration Work with the Head of Content & Social Strategy to ensure content aligns with funnels. Guide Mark & Lauren on funnel‑specific content needs. Ensure growth campaigns sync with launches, promotions, and brand moments. What You’ll Bring 5–8+ years in growth or performance marketing, ideally in digital products or subscriptions. Proven success driving revenue growth through full‑funnel marketing. Hands‑on mastery of: Meta, TikTok, Google/YouTube Ads, ClickFunnels, Leadpages, HubSpot (or equivalents), Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign (or equivalents) Exceptional copywriting skills: ads, funnels, landing pages, email. Strong understanding of CRO, A/B testing, attribution, analytics. A true growth mindset: fast, data‑driven, results obsessed.
