About The Role As part of the showroom team in Toowoomba West, you’ll support builders, interior designers and homeowners as they navigate their renovation journey to create their dream bathroom. Your day to day A Typical Day Will Involve: Assisting customers choose the perfect bathroom products Creating and managing customer quotes and orders via email and phone Using our 3D Planner to bring a customer's dream to life Visiting customers onsite to provide updates and maintain great relationships Keeping the showroom running smoothly and safely We’d love to hear from you if you’re someone who: Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys building relationships and helping customers Might not have experience in bathrooms, but is energetic, takes initiative and is willing to learn and grow Is comfortable with a computer and is happy to learn new systems Is open to working various shifts, including weekends Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our network (we love to promote people from within) Our Perks And Benefits Performance based bonuses Paid annual leave Continuous learning and development programs to support your career goals Generous discounts for those looking to renovate their bathroom or kitchen Reece Boost - offering cashback and discounts on groceries, fuel, insurance, travel and more Paid parental leave What happens next After submitting your application, you’ll be invited to participate in a brief chat interview.
