Along with our espresso bar and retail shop, we supply to wholesale customers, offer expert barista training courses, and provide professional coffee machine servicing. About the role We are on the lookout for baristas of all experience levels . Whether you are a relatively new barista, or have extensive experience, we are keen for new team members who thrive in a fast‑paced environment, can handle multiple tasks simultaneously and remain composed under pressure. These roles are ideal for those who are passionate about coffee and dedicated to excellent customer service. What you’ll be doing Preparing and serving a variety of coffees with precision and consistency, maintaining the highest quality standards. Providing a high standard of customer service including assisting with customer enquiries relating to our products and services and ensuring the shop front and retail space are clean and functional. Handling financial transactions. Working effectively within a small, close‑knit team, proactively assisting others when needed. Maintaining cleanliness and adhering to health and safety standards in the workspace. What we’re looking for Experience working in a high volume, fast‑paced, specialty coffee espresso bar or similar hospitality business. Excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating a welcoming environment. Full Australian work rights (no Working Holiday Visa holders, sorry ). What’s on offer Team members who are available to work full‑time, part‑time or on a casual basis including Saturdays. Competitive pay rates on offer based on employment type and level of experience.
