This role is available for both casual and permanent shifts, allowing you to manage resident meals and cleaning duties while contributing to a warm, resident‑first environment. Assist the chef with meal preparation, cleaning and general kitchen duties. Distribute meals to residents and support dining room services. Clean all resident rooms and the facility thoroughly. Complete required documentation and reporting. Ensure handwashing supplies are available and replenished. Contribute to an effective laundry service, including item checking and labelling. What You Will Bring Experience in a similar role, preferably within aged care (not essential). Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Current NDIS Check or willingness to obtain. Full rights to work within Australia. Understanding of Resident Rights and aged care accreditation standards highly regarded (not essential).
