As demand for our convenient, high quality service skyrockets, we are seeking to build robust and high performing teams. We are actively seeking to appoint a Fleet Account Manager to take responsibility to manage key QLD Fleet accounts, predominantly in the Government space.This position is based at ourQLD Acacia Ridge branch. The Fleet Account Manager will ensure seamless service delivery for B2B fleet customers. As a hands-on professional you will thrive in building strong customer relationships and working collaboratively with internal teams. Key Responsibilities Manage and nurture the Mobile Tyre Shop’s fleet customer base Work closely with internal teams to develop customer retention and growth strategies Occasional travel to existing customers Engage with existing fleet customers to ensure high satisfaction, encourage repeat business, and explore opportunities for service expansion. Negotiate contracts and service agreements, ensuring profitable and sustainable partnerships. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities. Represent Mobile Tyre Shop in industry events, networking opportunities, and customer meetings to promote the company’s fleet services. Strive to ensure, protect, and promote the Mobile Tyre Shop brand by upholding service excellence, fostering strong customer relationships, and maintaining a positive industry reputation. About You Demonstrated account management experience building and developing key customer relationships Previous experience in Government, Automotive &/or Fleet Management ideal Passionate in providing high level customer service and satisfaction A motivated self-starter driven to seek new sales opportunitiesEffective time management and communication skills Passionate, energetic & hands on Analytical mind and approach with an ability to work well under pressure.
