Salary:From $88,090/year + Super + Salary PackagingLocation:Echuca Employment Type:FP - Full-Time PermanentDepartment:Care Partner VICClosing Date:31 Oct 2025 The Care Partner – CSHP, is responsible for accepting referrals, arranging and facilitating the delivery of in-home services and supports for people assessed as eligible to receive Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) services or Fee-for-Service programs (DVA – Veterans Home Care and Home and Community Care Program for Younger People (HACC-PYP)). This is a permanent full-time role based out of our Echuca office. This position has been classified under the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Award as Level 4 with a starting annual salary of $88,090 + Superannuation + Salary Packaging.
