Bar & Gaming Supervisor

Mooroopna Golf Club is seeking a motivated Bar & Gaming Supervisor to join our team on a full‑time role About Us Mooroopna Golf Club known as the friendly club is a vibrant community‑oriented club located in the town of Mooroopna featuring an 18‑hole golf course, driving range, a bistro, and licensed bar & gaming facilities. The Club also maintains a commitment to responsible gaming and community welfare and prides itself on delivering a friendly and professional experience to members and visitors. Key Responsibilities Lead, Support, Supervise and Train team members across bar and gaming operations Ensure compliance with Liquor Control Victoria & Victorian Gaming regulations including completion of System One daily, weekly, monthly reconciliations and reporting. Promote and ensure player protection through YourPlay knowledge and understanding Manage CRTs, EGM fault resolution, cash handling, reconciliation and daily reporting Perform general operational duties including gaming, bar, catering support and assist with functions and events Deliverly of excellent service, resolve patron issues, maintain a safe environment Assist with managing stock control, orders, and inventory. Identify opportunities to grow revenue What We're Looking For Experience in a bar and/or gaming leadership role within hospitality Strong leadership, problem‑solving and communication skills Knowledge of gaming operations and venue compliance Calm under pressure with a proactive approach to problem‑solving Positive attitude and genuine passion for customer service Hold a current Victorian Gaming Licence - RSA, RSG and TAB/ Keno Certifications Able to work flexible hours (evenings, weekends, public holidays) What We Offer A professional, supportive, and welcoming work environment.
