Location: Eastgardens, New South Wales Overview As a Disability Employment Services Employment Consultant at APM, you will play a pivotal role in supporting participants (job seekers) to transform their lives by delivering tailored employment solutions. You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, achieving great outcomes and making a difference with our team in Eastgardens. Key Responsibilities Identify and secure employment opportunities for participants with local employers Help participants identify and develop skills to become job ready Deliver quality service while adhering to contractual and compliance requirements Enhance participants’ employability through training and referrals to support services Develop personalised job plans outlining clear employment pathways Build and maintain positive relationships with local employers and community groups Am I suited to this role?
