Role Overview We are looking for an experienced and driven Store Manager to oversee our ASHMORE location. This role involves managing daily operations, leading a team, driving sales, and cultivating strong relationships with both retail customers and B2B accounts. Key Responsibilities Leadership: Inspire, guide, and manage a team of retail staff to deliver outstanding service and achieve store goals. Customer Account Management: Drive sales growth by developing strategies for both retail and commercial accounts, nurturing relationships with key business clients. Operational Oversight: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including stock management, cash handling, and compliance with company policies. Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing and resolving issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels. Staff Development: Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Visual Merchandising: Maintain high standards of store presentation, ensuring that product displays are appealing and well-organized. Administrative Duties: Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and inventory management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Qualifications Experience in retail management, exposure to B2B preferred but not essential. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships. Proficiency in retail software and point-of-sale systems.
