Senior Mental Health Clinician Youth Enhanced Services

0.8 FTE - Ongoing. Based at either Emerald Bundaberg or Gladstone on the lands of the Gayiri Taribelang, Bunda Bailai Gurang and Gooreng Gooreng Peoples. $49.50–$52.55 per hour (dependent on experience and qualifications). Includes 12% super and salary packaging benefits of up to $18,550. The Youth Enhanced Services (YES) program supports young people aged 12‑25 experiencing severe and complex mental health challenges. Delivered through the CCQ Mental Health AOD Hubs, the program offers multidisciplinary care, therapeutic interventions and community connection to help young people thrive. Your role & impact As a Senior Mental Health Clinician you’ll lead the delivery of high‑quality evidence‑based therapy to young people while mentoring junior clinicians and contributing to service development. You’ll work closely with families, schools and local services to create coordinated care plans that make a real difference in young lives. You will work from home, see clients in the community, work from the Headspace office or the MMH office.
