Weighbridge Operator

Overview Join a global market leading supply chain business with a proud history of over 70 years. We are currently seeking a Weighbridge Operator based at our Toowoomba site. Responsibilities Reporting to the Northern Packing Manager Weighbridge Operations in accordance with relevant legislation, codes and regulations, organisational procedures and manufacturer's instructions. Manage various transport accreditation schemes, including but not limited to Grain Harvest Management Scheme, NHVAS. Maintain up to date Purchase and Sales Contract tonnages. Assist with inventory management – ensuring stocks are up‑to‑date. Maintain the cleanliness and accuracy of the weighbridge. Generate weekly tickets and invoices as well as monthly statements. Coordinate daily bookings for loads into site and liaising with clients and growers. Assist with collection of data for various accreditations for compliance. Liaise with truck drivers, handle enquiries and follow up where required. Qualifications Previous experience in a weighbridge (is preferred). Exceptional attention to detail. Experience in the MS Office suite. Well-developed written and verbal communication skills. High level of interpersonal and customer service skills.
