From Early Learning Centres to Outside School Hours Care and Vacation Care, they deliver a wide range of programs designed to meet the needs of local families; creating safe, fun and inspiring environments where children can play, learn and thrive. THE COMMITMENT Part-time work, minimum of 15 hours per week for 18 months Hours of work may include morning & afternoon shifts Positions available at Currimundi & Palmview centres THE PERKS Great pay $24.17 p/hour+ super Part-time work for 18 months, with weekends off and paid annual/sick leave FREE Certificate III in Outside School Hours Care - no student loans here Paid study time each week to smash out your qualification Your own Career Coach to support and guide you Access our Digital Care platform, Sonder for free 24/7 support because your safety and wellbeing matter WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Provide fun and engaging activities for primary school age children Help design a calendar of inclusive, exciting, and engaging program activities Ensure a safe, welcoming space where children can grow and learn Enforce safety guidelines to ensure a secure space for all You will be able to follow our development pathways to learn new skills and build your career ABOUT YOU We’re looking for someone aged 18-26* who is an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident and: Has empathy and emotional intelligence Is a reliable team player Is creative and adaptable MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS To work in this role, you’ll need to provide two work or professional references, plus hold (or be willing to get) a current Working With Children Check (or relevant state equivalent) and a Police Check.
