You will utilise your product knowledge to assist customers in achieving their financial goals both in‑person and over the phone and referring them on to our specialised Banking teams when necessary. This is a rewarding role which will see your dedication and expertise empower customers to make the most of their money each and every day This is a full‑time branch‑based role across Monday to Friday. What do I need Customer service and sales experience ideally in a customer‑facing / phone‑based role with experience of working to targets Resilience with an ability to remain calm and composed whilst managing challenging situations Comfortable in working towards sales / referral targets and calling customers over the phone Numerical capability ideally with proficiency in cash handling and counting with ability to complete financial transactions with accuracy An energetic personality coupled with a genuine passion for helping people The will to learn and adapt to new banking procedures and technologies No banking experience?
