About The Opportunity As CleanCo’s Enterprise Applications Lead, you will set the direction for our enterprise applications portfolio – including, but not limited to our SAP environment – ensuring our systems remain fit-for-purpose, up-to-date and cost-effective. Reporting to the Cyber, Applications and Governance Manager, you will lead a high‑performing team responsible for day‑to‑day support, enhancements and the ongoing optimisation of our enterprise applications. You will shape the enterprise applications strategy and roadmap, oversee application lifecycle management and drive uplift initiatives and new functionality across core applications and underlying systems. You’ll be expected to “zoom out” to guide long‑term direction and governance frameworks and “zoom in” when needed to understand operational detail, challenge assumptions and ensure delivery outcomes. You will also play a key role in coaching, mentoring and developing your team of Application Specialists, fostering capability uplift while ensuring performance standards are met. Based in Brisbane, this permanent full‑time role offers the opportunity to influence enterprise‑wide outcomes, collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and partner with external vendors to ensure system integrity, strong governance and alignment with CleanCo’s broader digital and enterprise architecture goals. About You You are a strategic and hands‑on technology leader with a strong background in managing enterprise applications. Below are key qualifications and experience requirements. Strong stakeholder engagement skills and a collaborative, improvement‑focused mindset Proven ability to lead teams, manage vendors and deliver application enhancements that align with business needs A passion for technology’s role in enabling business outcomes and thrive in a dynamic, purpose‑led environment Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology (with additional business or commercial qualifications desirable) Experience working in SAP environments is highly desirable Experience in Agile and/or DevOps environments Relevant Azure and/or AWS certifications Energy Industry or GOC experience would be very beneficial What We Can Offer We understand that work is just one important aspect of our employee’s lives.
